Type of JY You can select a variety of temperatures needed paint adhesion properties, excellent adhesion properties, low moisture absorption, high hardness after coil molding, and metal divorced good, shaping wire low odor, mainly used for vibration motor coil wire, special motor wire voice coil manufacturing. G suffix with thermoset hot melt adhesive paint.
JRB-HA It have a Higher re-soften temperature than conventional aromatic nylon and better adhesive properties, finished the wire after 210-230 ℃ / 30min curing adhesive, physical and chemical methods to test and then the softening temperature ≥220 ℃, It can made for the special electrical coil wires manufacturing requirements.
JEP-NR Bonding by two-step method curing techonlogy route, after the formation of the secondary cured thermosetting structure, chemical resistance, at operating temperature of 120℃, the bonding strength over 6N/mm2 Between the wires, can be synchronized
Type of JCB JCB series have good Alcohol solubility, fast drying and high bond strength, resistance to wet tack, can be cured with a primer (polyurethane) with the furnace. For the production of heat-resistant grades of electrical wire and radio spiral voice coil wire, such as: voice coil, vibration motors, coils and other skeleton watches coil wire.
Type of RA It is compounded by alcohol polyamide resin with high heat level resin, and its heat resistance reaches H level and above; also has good adhesive properties and storage stability. Used in various heat (high power) for producing acoustic wire.

Type of JYB This series have good alcohol-soluble bond feature, have different high heat levels, could be applied in match with alcohol-soluble enamel wires, and have good leveling property of gluing. Type of JZN This series are modified from polyamide resin, have low friction coefficient and excellent lubricating property, and could be solidified with all kinds of base coat in the same stove. They are used for all kinds of coil wires that are adapted to high-speed winding and of good electrical feature.
Type of JQ This series’ main film forming materials are PVF and high heat cured resin. After coating, the film will have good adhesiveness and oil and water resistance, need high temperature for heat shocking and cut-through, and have wide workmanship range. They are widely used for winding coil wires on oil-immersed transformer, mutual inductor and so on.
